The service
Nimantaran Studios builds and hosts invitation websites. You receive a link to share; we keep it online for at least one year after the event.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to share the names, photos and music you give us. Music must be licensed for your use; we can suggest royalty-free options.
Our designs
Designs, illustrations and code remain the studio's property. You receive the right to use your invitation for your event.
Delivery
We deliver within 3 days of receiving complete details. Delays caused by missing details extend the timeline accordingly.
Liability
We are not responsible for third-party services such as WhatsApp, map providers or streaming platforms being unavailable.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the courts of Chandigarh.
