What we collect
To build an invitation we collect the names, dates, venues, photos and guest lists the host shares with us. Guests who RSVP share their name, headcount, dietary notes and a message. Newsletter and enquiry forms collect a name, phone number or email.
How we use it
Only to make and run the invitation and to reply to you. We never sell or share data with advertisers. Guest lists are visible only to the host and the studio.
Analytics
Invitation pages count views and opens using a salted, daily-rotating hash. No cookies, no third-party trackers, no IP addresses stored.
Retention
Invitations stay online for a year after the event unless the host asks otherwise. Hosts can ask us to delete an invite and its guest data at any time.
