Refund policy
Last updated 22 October 2026
Before work starts
If you change your mind before you send us your details, we refund in full.
After the first version
Each design includes two rounds of changes within 7 days of the first version. If we cannot make the invite work for you after those rounds, we refund 50%.
After publishing
Once the link is shared with guests, the invite is considered delivered and the fee is not refundable, but we keep fixing anything that is our mistake at no cost.
How
Message us on WhatsApp or at hello@nimantaran.site. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
